We found this little place on the second floor of a small building along Aguirre Ave. serving ALL Roast Beef. The name of the place really sounded as if they're roast beef is something worth coming back for, Rodrigo's Roast Beef. Everything you will see on their menu (except for the drinks!) has something to do with Roast Beef: sandwiches, rice and set meals. In awe, I had my choice of Eggs Benedict Roast Beef.
An English muffin, served with their Roast Beef specialty, topped with a poached egg, and drizzled with melted cheese. And yey for the salad on the side! Happy tummy! Their Roast Beef was REALLY GOOD. They use USDA Angus Beef Belly, which explains the impeccable tenderness of the beef and slowly roasted to perfection. The English muffin and poached egg also gave compliments to the roasted beef. A little bit of sweet and salty is what you will get with this dish. And to eliminate a little greasy feeling, have a spoon of the salad before munching off your main dish. Not to mention the price of this fancy looking with perfectly roasted beef, not too pricey! Well, you just have to check it out yourself!
